In case you were worrying we'd be taking a break after our Birthday blowout, think again! We're back with a bang, having dusted off the cobwebs after a mega weekend. And, this week we're truly thrilled to have our first shop-wide drop of North, plus some belters courtesy of perennial favourites Burnt Mill. We've also snagged a funky tropical tango from Koppitsch alongside picks from across the shops including the likes of Mikkeller, Squawk, Gosnells and more. Finally, there's all the latest and greatest up on the web, featuring Polly's insane Spectrum series, plus Pressure Drop freshies, Howling Hops greats and Siren slammers. But first...

Our Brewery Of The Week this time around were founded back in 2015 by John Gyngell and Christian Townsley, the pioneers behind legendary Leeds beer venue North Bar (known as the first craft beer bar in Britain). A part of the craft conversation, and a huge influence on the scene since 1997 they've turned their dream of making their own beer into a reality and have never really looked back. In a short space of time they've become one of the most sought after breweries in the UK after a hot streak of sour sensations, stonking stouts and mega DIPAs. And, like Burnt Mill before them we've simply not been able to get enough of the stuff, until now...
As such we've gone a little ham on our first order, featuring six sizzlers from North. Arguably their forte, sours Volta (Blood Orange & Rhubarb) and newbie Take Down Your Art (canned Wednesday), a zingy, tangy IPA kick things off in style. While, Best Bitter Seasons Reverse delivers malty nostalgia with earthy, biscuity, marmalade aplomb. For those hankering after a little more decadence, look no further than flagship porter, Full Fathom 5. Here, toasted coconut and beans from their fuel suppliers, North Star Coffee, coalesce for a rich, velvety porter.
Lastly, two collabs are headed up by their latest work with In Good Company. Alongside the graphic designer best known for creating many of the UKβs road signs, Margeret Calvert, they've delivered a much needed Citrus SIPA celebration for Essential Workers. While their Leeds United-inspired Square Ball collab, is a refreshing, fruit salad-esque California IPA. A throwback, but only of the best kind, forget your NEIPA Super League this is where the action is at.
Of course, we've got a rather irresistible offer of double loyalty points across the debutants range, so make sure you dive in with both feet first!

After another successful outing from the Suffolk superstars, they're roaring back with eight wall-to-wall juicy bangers. West Coast wonder Pintle makes a warm return (for our money one of the most consistent pales in the UK), plus single-hopped, hazy dreamboats Mosaic Fog and Citra Fog. Mango and melon gem Into Gold is also welcomed back with open arms, while the latest in their Constellations series Aries sees a fusion of Citra, Cashmere, Mosaic and Idaho-7 hops combine for a bright, uniquely dank IPA.
There's also big hitters aplenty, including their Lost & Grounded collab, the clean, piny, tropical colossus Big Thaw and Enigmatic Galaxies, a passionfruit-dream Southern Hemisphere DIPA with favourites Track. To round things off in style we have Tree Of Life - a superbly boozy, creamy Triple IPA, made in honour of International Women's Collaboration Brew Day. As always there's enough here to leave you green with envy, so get moving if you want to nab them all...

We highlighted Austrian biodynamic winemakers Alexander and Maria Koppitsch just over a month ago, but we really can't be blamed for being lured in again - this time by their vibrant, irresistible new orange, Homok. The Hungarian for 'sand', a glass of this and we already feel the waves lapping at our feet, mango and lime smoothie in hand. Made from 40% GrΓΌner Veltliner, 40% Weissburgunder and 20% Sauvignon Blanc this is made in their backyard without additives or temperature control, bottled unfined and unfiltered. As a result this screams tropical freshness, pouring a hazy tangerine with aromas of passion fruit, pineapple and grapefruit jumping straight out the bottle. With a nutty undertone, a slightly viscous creaminess, a citric sting and a touch of effervescence this beautifully textured wine is bound not to last long enough...
