Well then, we're back again after another boozy Bank Holiday, and you best have cleared out your fridges in anticipation! This time around it's an A-List cast alright, with the one and only Verdant taking the top spot, bringing with them the likes of Uncensored Sports Parade (Garage Brew Co collab) and the return of the magnificent Unlike Stars.

Following those Cornish crushers, there's fresh faves from big hitters DEYA, and Beak, plus Baron and Pastore (both of which land a little later tomorrow down South!). Meanwhile, over online, and talking of Garage, we have Basque belters in the form of a Soup celebration coupled with a hefty resupply of Omnipollo featuring brews made alongside Other Half and US Pastry Sour overlords Mortalis. It's rare we get continental treats on these shores of this magnitude from one such producer, let alone two!

Back to the shops, and you've got your usual superb selections from our head honchos across the grounds. Think, Queer Brewing, Anspach & Hobday, Vault City, Two Flints and many more. Now, without further ado, let's get onto pint-sized proceedings...

Arguably one of (if not) the finest juice purveyors in the land, we simply never get tired of showering praise on the mighty Verdant. Our collaboration in the heady days of 2021, Dream Within A Dream, was well, a dream come true, and made them a shoe-in for our Brewery Of The Year. Their ascent hasn't slowed down since, with a cracking Cask range, and a new core line, the superb Sundialler, adding to an already exceptional arsenal.

With our last few drops focusing on their mastery across the style spectrum, we've instead doubled down on some good old-fashioned hazy heaven, and quite frankly, who does it better?!

Now, we didn't say it would be all murk, as we just had to sneak in a little Helles for us Lager-lovers. Smooth, rounded, and golden pale, this is made with an authentic decoction mash, for bready malt magic, rounded off by a subtle touch of hop bitterness. Talking of dangerously drinkable, their original bright idea, Lightbulb is back, in crisp, citrus XPA fashion as well as 3.8% chugger People, Money, Space, Time. Cramming in ludicrous flavour for its abv, this combines citric precision with that luxurious umami hop-factor.

Meanwhile, returning number, and perhaps one of their finest New England Pales is Rustling Substance, a bundle of creamy Kiwi lime tang joy. Silky soft with a gentle grapefruit bite, this one always keeps us coming back for more and more. Another blast from the past, their Mosaic and Galaxy IPA, Unlike Stars is an out-of-this-world crescendo of freshly cut pineapple, ripe mango, and resinous sap flavour. Whatever you do, don't miss out on this one!

Lastly, Uncensored Sports Parade sees them team up with Garage for a mammoth brew conceived between catching up during festivals on home turf and foreign soil. They've gone lean and mean on the malt bill here to allow the hops to shine, and boy do they. Expect a medley of citrus, tropics, and hedgerow-weedy-funk for a titanic IPA easily worthy of the names on the tin.

As ever, we're offering up double loyalty points in-store with an ever-enticing 10% off 6 or more bevs on the Webshop to celebrate all things Verdant. Come on in, the hazy water's fine - not that you probably need reminding!

Not too long ago we were proclaiming the biggest week of the year so far, but this drop can't be too far off... Up top, those Crocs are back at it again, with one of the hits of last Summer returning, You Got It!. An IPA brewed with a high proportion of spelt for a full, fruity, almost syrupy mouthfeel this is dry hopped with Citra, Motueka and Vic Secret for ripe mango, fresh lime and juicy grape flavour with a frothy, fluffy finish. Of course, we also have DEYA's desert island Pale, Steady Rolling Man, and the lush, tropical sensation Into The Haze in fine support.

The Beak bangers keep on coming too with IPAs Shy and Neno delivering the juicy goods this time. The former is a new project showcasing five-minute reads from the UK’s best writers, the first curated by Faber & Faber featuring extracts from Max Porter’s highly anticipated new novel. While, Neno is a sticky, mushy, mojito-like IPA with a peachy panache. Finally, Caves is a sweet, warming and unctuous-as-you-like Imperial Stout brewed with vanilla, chilli, cinnamon and lashings of chocolate. If you were lucky enough to try Paste, you know this won't hang around.

It's not all hazebombs though, with Pastore's inspired new Soda Sour series landing! First up, Vanilla Jimmy is laced with bourbon vanilla for a rich, tangy cola bomb we never knew we needed. TΓ© Alla Limone is a little more straightforward, with Organic Italian Lemons and earl grey tea taking the lead. Zingy, zesty, and uber-refreshing, this is a sunshine-ready hit in the making. Rounding things off there's Vimto, which somehow replicates that unmistakable blackcurrant-grape-raspberry flavour. Gastronomical greatness indeed...

Not wanting to feel left out Baron joins the fray with two beers for the real heads out there. The first Growing Concerns, is a rare and remarkable Red DIPA with deep, rich malt character and huge hop action providing cherry jam, green goodness. Working with fellow rising stars SureshotWolf Shirt is a Southern Hemisphere showcase in IPA form. Motueka, Rakau, Riwaka and Vic Secret supply savoury citrus character, and herbal apricot complexity. Delish!

(Both Pastore and Baron arrive tomorrow down South due to a little delivery hiccup, but we sure think it's worth the wait...)

That's right, we've got not one but two pretty insane additions this week, with European legends Omnipollo and Garage flown fresh into the cold store for your (and our) pleasure, with all the bonkers bevs you could expect, and hope for, from the Stockholm sensations.

We welcome in Double Motueka Chroma, a DIPA with Other Half, an absolutely outrageous Imperial Stout in Noa Bourbon Pecan Mud Cake 2023, and pastry Sour perfection including their latest collab with Mortalis, the decadent Bianca Hydra Blueberry Banana Split Lassi Gose. A mouthful in more ways than one. Add to that some AF greats in Zodiak and Maz, and there's something for everyone alright!

Onto to the Basque bangers, and we're delighted to be a part of Soup Day 2023, a celebration of their signature IPA in all forms of its green glory. As such, we have the OG Soup, which is still a hallmark for the style, bursting with mountains of mango, passion fruit, peach and a touch of citrus atop a pillowy soft body. We're also delighted to have two new spins on the great with Soup El Dorado and Soup Enigma. For the first, think succulent bright stone fruit, and for the second it's all white grape, raspberry and a disarmingly drinkable dankness.

To cap it off there just had to be a Double Soup! Packed with all of the Citra and Mosaic that you could possibly imagine this features three different hop formats used at three stages during fermentation to really weave the deep fruit flavours in. Creamy and saturated in overripe tropical flavour there's a reason Garage are still held in such high regard...

To secure any of these rather special, limited edition suds you can get Free Delivery to any of our stores by selecting Collection at checkout and replying to your order confirmation with your local spot.

Fair warning though, as we are based at the Depot we can only prepare these in Wood St for the next working day. For elsewhere our next drop will be in a fortnight's time, but rest assured they'll be tucked up at 4 degrees in the cold store until then!
