Well somehow we already find ourselves hurtling headlong into March, but if last weekend was any indication you are all most certainly in need of more boozy delights whatever the weather! This time around we have the long-awaited return of Southampton-ers supreme, Unity. There's juicy joy from Track across the shops, including a Tap Takeover down at the Depot to celebrate the launch of Vegan Indian greats Spicebox delivering to any Wood St goers.
It's not all beer though, with small batch sensations Lover Fighter Liquor supplying the cocktail or straight guzzling goods. Featuring the likes of Gipsy Hill, Black Lines, Wild Card, and Pensador, our Manager's Picks are looking like an all-star lineup. While, over on the Webshop there's more Pressure Drop than you can shake a stick at. But first, onto this week's #1s...

Having helped launch Unity's beers many moons ago (back in 2016 to be precise) we've always had a soft spot for our port side pals. Combining innovation and creativity with a desire to produce beers that bring people together, the community-owned brewery has always set out to do things in the right way. With sustainability at the forefront of their ethos, they're proud to make completely vegan beers, all fully powered by renewable energy. Focusing on super soft Pale Ales and crispy, suppable Lagers these always hit the spot, and we're delighted to have six slammers live and direct this week.
As such core range classics Collision and Conflux return in good numbers. The former is their award-winning House IPA, boasting juicy, dank drinkability in spades, while the latter is all Pale Ale, fluffy tropical goodness from start to finish. In support, and continuing on a theme, evoking "crisp sunsets and evening street lights", Floresce is a deep, well rounded Hazy IPA with grassy, herbal notes and comforting roasted mango flavour. Offering up a little more snappy West Coast fun, Tilt is a clean IPA hopped with pineapple-like Vic Secret hops, backed up by fruit punch classics Amarillo and Citra.
Rest assured, it's not just straight hoppy heaven. Aptly named for the juxtaposition between the hot and cold of Affogato, Juxt is a luxurious coffee and ice cream inspired Stout. Lastly, rustic Pilsner Notepads makes for a more than welcome Lager addition. Brewed with the addition of spelt from Craggs & Co in County Durham and hopped with UK Cascade from Brookhouse hops in Hertfordshire this matches bold, sweet malt character with endless drinkability.
As always we've got an enticing double loyalty points in-store on everything Unity with 10% off 6 or more online. If you haven't already joined the club, be sure to ask at your local or shoot us an email and we'll do the rest. There's never been a better moment to find a new favourite!

We've made it our mission to keep a healthy supply from Manchester maestros Track of late, and there's no let-up this week with desert island SIPA Sonoma back along with a trio of fresh entries. Featuring zingy dry-hopped Pilsner Luna and Sunset Skies, a juicy New England Pale bringing hazy berry fruitiness and resinous joy in tandem, there's a lot to love.
Available in hyper-super-mega limited quantities (2 per shop), we also have their incredibly indulgent Barrel Aged Black Is Beautiful. Spending almost two years in dark rum barrels this sumptuous Imperial Stout is layered with notes of sticky Medjool dates, sweet molasses, and miso caramel. With a healthy dose of freshly roasted espresso added this melds mellow aromatic notes of coffee and vanilla with a boozy crème brulée finish. Yum, indeed, though that's not all...
This weekend we're delighted to be hosting a rather special Track Showcase, celebrating the launch of our new Vegan Indian delivery service from the E17 legends, Spicebox! With free delivery to our Wood St tasting room from now on through their website and 10% off on our opening weekend it's a bit of a no-brainer. (Gaze upon that glorious menu here). Over the weekend we'll have the likes of Sea Of Stars, Dreaming Of Big Skies, From Above, Sunset Trains, and of course Sonoma pouring for a tropical Pale spectacular to stand up to even the fieriest of curries. We'd love to see you down there!

Making lovingly crafted small batch spirits, bottled by hand in SE25, Lover Fighter Liquor has been a joy to have since December. Having initially flown out the door we're thankful to have just received a much needed top up on three of our favourite flavours, so we can sing their praises once again. Made with rotating roasters their Coffee Liqueur is ideal in a decadent White Russian, or to shake up a classic Espresso Martini. Floral and fresh, their Rose & Hibiscus adds a vibrant pop to a perfect Prosecco spritz, standing equally inviting with a splash of tonic for some Spring ready indulgence. For those after true zesty fun, their Citrus Liqueur is a luscious, tangy and Organic English answer to Limoncello. La dolce vita!
