We don't know about you, but following a boozy extended weekend, we're only just about ready for another brew, but looking at this line-up, we'll make it work!

Having flown out of the shops on their debut Wiper & True make their comeback, and land the top spot with a flurry of sunshine-ready sippers. In addition, we keep up with Verdant and DEYA's rapid release of juicy bangers, with joint efforts alongside Pressure Drop (RIP The Experiment) and Green Cheek for the former, and a classic duo of hazy heaven from the latter.

Following that, we're delighted to have a sneak peek of our next collab with local legends Pillars, which is a mighty change of pace from our most recent trilogy of green glory with Braybrooke, DEYA, and Drop Project respectively.

Next, we move to the world of the web, highlighting Vault City's frankly insane set of 5th Birthday bevs, while our manager picks round things out with choice cuts from Beak, Signature, The Kernel, and more... Now, let's get to it!

Creating refined, delicious, and eminently sessionable beers, Wiper & True are a refreshing tonic in a sea of (admittedly) delicious haze. Having momentarily dropped off our radar, though through no fault of their own, we're delighted to have them back in our regular roster.

And, there's no sign of a sophomore slump from the Bristolian greats, on their second drop, with a trio of superb specials and three returning favourites apiece.

Beginning with those newcomers, the inspired peach and lemon iced tea Pale Parasol, is instant, frothy refreshment. Here, subtle fruit complexities blend with delicate tannins, primed for the beach or back garden. On a similar note, Cherry Bomb absolutely does what it says on the tin. Brewed with a ludicrous 400 kilograms of cherry, this melds into a crisp, tantalisingly Sour.

Meanwhile, Meadow Land has an absolutely wonderful backstory that takes us to Lithuania back in 2013, close to the very beginning of the brewery. Underscored by a historic yeast strain that introduces flavours of guava, passionfruit and orange, and tempered by a polished layer of spicy, earthy undertones this is then packed with some of their favourite big hitters of Citra, Cascade, Motueka and Sabro.

Of course, we also have some ever-on-point classics including the citrus-flecked, GF glugger Lemondrop Hill. Here, zesty lemon combines with a touch of florality to create a wonderfully poised Pale Ale that just so happens to be suitable for those living a gluten-free life.

Since its release this year, we've been frankly blown away by the quality and consistency of the Lucky Saint challenging Tomorrow! Over a period of 60 hours, this German Helles-style Lager has its alcohol gently removed, preserving a complex, beautifully aromatic profile of bread crust, gentle, clean herbal notes. Even at 0.5%, this is bound to deceive drinkers...

Lastly, speaking of crisp Lagers, we have its counterpoint Today which has a not too dissimilar, malty, bready lick. Deliciously dry, this is uber-pintability, personified.

And, to help you dip your toes into Wiper & True water we've got that trusty incentive of double loyalty points in-store, or 10% off 6 or more beers on the Webshop. Get to know!

We know it's been non-stop hazy hype recently, but can you really blame us with these two? Hopefully not, and with a twosome apiece at least this won't leave too big a hole in our pockets.

First up, Ver-d-ANT bring with them The Experiment Requires A Conclusion. Having sadly been unable to reach an agreement with their landlords for a new lease, we wave goodbye to Hackney's craft haven with an aptly top tier dose of IPA hop custard. In tandem, Cheeky Westy, is the lean, resinous, bitter WCIPA antithesis of their last collab with California giants Green Cheek, though it's just as damn tasty!

As to DEYA, Summer Ale is destined for those long evenings, with a tropical bouquet paired against a crisp, zippy malt base. In contrast, Better Daze is a mouth-coating masterpiece of a smooth, syrupy IPA. Here, a maelstrom of Azacca, Citra BBC, Citra CRYO, Galaxy and Simcoe hops deliver fleshy mango, ripe pineapple, and roasted apricot goodness. Simply the best from these two legends...

Another one?! So sue us. A week today we were thrilled to head down to the home of Lager in London, at the mighty Pillars in Walthamstow. A taxing ten-minute walk from our Wood St HQ, we set to work on a delightful and dark collaboration releasing this winter, which has been in the planning since January.

Gaining inspiration from the classic London Porter, but with a crispy context, we've cooked up something really rather special that aims to break new ground.

Although we'll leave a little to the imagination, this is a first for Pillars, and for us, and with a crazily complex malt bill, some super interesting techniques and a pilot batch that tasted absolutely primo, we're all crazy excited about this project.

Expected to land in October, we'll keep you posted at every step of the way, but rest assured a dangerously suppable, winter warmer is on its way...

🎉 🎉  🎉 🎉 🎉

Finally landing with us on the Webshop after a few trials and tribulations, we're overjoyed to celebrate five years of Vault City. As such we have a quintet of insane, gastronomical-inspired greats brewed alongside some of their nearest and dearest.

Having stocked them from day one on that trusty internet, we'd be hard-pressed to rate another Sour producer in the UK right now as highly. Anyway, forget that cake, here are some real birthday treats:

Strawberry Supernova w/ Moersleutel - A mighty explosion of rich, bright, creamy jammy flavour set against glittering, star-studded skies.

Even Cloudier DDH Hard Lemonade w/ Polly's - The zesty, zingy Lemon zenith, cranked up with a multitude of tropical hops. It's a true Sour stunner.

999g/l Apricot & Raspberry Birthday Cake - Thick, juicy and totally unforgettable, this is the legal limit of fruit they can use while still calling it beer.

Maple Vanilla Choc Chip Scoop w/ Adroit Theory - Decadent Imperial Stout infused with deep cacao, velvety smooth lactose and lashings of maple syrup.

Raspberry Blueberry Bubblegum Bottles - A true sweetshop sensation, with
tangy, tart-sweet fruit, rounded off by zingy sherbet.

And, there's plenty more where that came from with a heady selection of Edinburgh excellence available on the Webby right now. So, if you're after something a little more citrusy and sessionable like a Lemon Ice Tea Sour, a Cloudy Lemonade or Raspberry Lemonade, or another slice of Pastry perfection, hit the link below to indulge!

Oh, and don't forget we can offer Free Collection in-store, you'll just have to give us a few days to get those super suds from our cold store at the Wood St Depot, to your shop of choice...
