What a lineup we have for you this time around! Following a pretty breathless week of deliveries, we've uncovered some absolute gems across the suds spectrum. Though it might have been more cardboard than craft this week, we hope it's all worth it for arguably our busiest set of incomings of the year so far...
First up, with St Patrick's Day looming on the horizon we have Whiplash leading the charge in fine style! Euro-for-euro the best producer from the Emerald Isle right now, we've got a tightly curated set of crushable brews. Meanwhile, Burnt Mill are back sharpish with some mega Gluten Free greats, a Newbarns collab and so much more followed by a double header of your absolute essentials in Pastore and Baron freshies.
Available from Monday in selected shops (SW12, SW11 & N4), and right now on Pre-Order via the magic of the internet we're also delighted to have Wiper & True's celebratory Birthday Beers. With efforts in collaboration with last week's headliners Beak, plus Verdant, DEYA, North, Donzoko, and Vault City this reads like a who's who of the best in the business honouring double digits of Bristolian bangers.
Finally, we of course bring you the latest and greatest from around the shops. As such, Signature visit Kentish Town tonight, with the Mitcham massive Drop Project in Forest Hill - alongside some top-notch entries from Howling Hops, ABYSS, Vibrant Forest, and more. Without further ado, let's get to it!

It's pretty rare that we get to feature anyone overseas as our Brewery Of The Week but with St. Patrick's Day just next Friday, we thought it was the prime opportunity to grab some authentic Irish goods. As the ever-brilliant Pellicle Magazine detailed in their piece, Whiplash have been a long time in the making, fighting personal hardships, a pandemic and even a lock-out from their then-production facility that lead to a full high court trial.
Suffice to say, having ridden their own trials and tribulations they've been welcomed with open arms both in their homeland and further afield, rising in status as the premier Irish Craft producer, with a mastery of the styles but a particular penchant for endlessly suppable, hoppy Pale Ales. Working on arguably one of the most technically impressive kits in the scene right now, they've continually honed and refined their beers, offering up an array of equally intense and approachable specials alongside their fridge-filling core range.
Consequently, we're delighted to introduce a handsome quintet of crushable tinnies this time around. Affectionately known as Riddlers, and arguably their most famous effort, Body Riddle must of course open proceedings. A bright and juicy American Pale Ale showcasing Simcoe, Ekuanot, Lemondrop and Galaxy Hops expect citrusy top notes with bubbling pineapple and mango underneath. Another gluggable 330ml throwback SIPA Rollover hits the spot perfectly at just 3.8%, blending hazy, fluffy fun with a zippy, palate-cleansing finish.
We couldn't not get an Irish dark beer, but The Sup is certainly no pretender to the throne. A love letter to classic, old school Porters rather than the better known Dry Stout this oozes fruity Bournville dark chocolate with a hint of roasty coffee, wrapped up in a light, malty blanket.
Another interpretation of a classic style, Dawn Chorus is the epitome of simplicity as perfection. German Pilsner, and a generous addition of Munich malt adds a touch of toast and crunch while Hallertau Mittelfruh hops keep things light and floral in a blink and you've drunk it Lager. Completing the party Disco Mystic delivers the DIPA goods and then some. A big 50/50 split with Citra and Strata hops apiece think dank passion fruit magic, and spikey pineapple underfoot with a beautiful oily, resinous backbone.
We've got limited supplies so we encourage you to make haste and grab 10% off 6 or more online at the link below or receive double loyalty points in-store through our free club before the big day on March 17th for all Whiplash brews. SlΓ‘inte!

Yes, we were well aware you lovely lot couldn't wait another week before some more Burnt Mill bevs, so we've doubled down with another excellent selection! From the understated West Coast GF star Beyond The Firs, to a re-up on that pintable perfection Pintle, or Mill Pills, a Gluten Free hoppy Lager, there's a lot to love this time around.
That's not to say there's no new fresh faces heading into the fold. We've also got a pillowy soft DDH Pale in the aptly titled Cloud Chamber that features a tropical medley of fruit flavours with sherbety pink grapefruit panache. In addition, there's Get The Diamond, another GF entry in the form of a sublime all-Citra West Coast IPA.
Lastly, what could be our pick of the bunch is something special they've rustled up with the mighty Newbarns. Taking inspiration from the Imperial Stout, they've created a rich and full bodied, yet dangerously drinkable 'Double Stout', with an endlessly smooth, unctuous mouthfeel polished off by a robust bitterness and espresso aromas. They call it Imperial Measures, we call it absolutely delicious. Grab some below or at any of our spots this weekend...

Pastore and Baron drops go hand-in-hand these days, but we're not complaining for sure, especially with the frequency they're coming in at. With a brand-spanking new duo apiece we start with Cambridgeshire's finest, and their exceptional Blackcurrant Waterbeach Weisse. A zingy Berliner conditioned on juicy puree, delivering brambly acidic goodness from start to finish, and all at a quaffable 3.8% it doesn't get much better than this for Session slurping.
Built just a little differently, Il Semifreddo Cherry Amaretto takes that restraint and throws it right in the bin. A luscious Pastry Sour made with cherries, amaretto, honeycomb and vanilla this imitates the classic Italian dessert, in all its cakey, frozen mousse grandeur.
Moving onto the mighty Baron and we have Fidget, a Session strength Pale with all the power of a full blown IPA. Hazy, hoppy, and suitably delectable this features a maelstrom of dank Bru-1, Simcoe Cryo and Strata hops. Alongside, Jungle finds us right in our natural habitat. A self-described "proper sock blower-offer" this is a collision of two terrifyingly bold hops in Galaxy and Idaho 7 which deliver overripe passion fruit flavour, peppery-earthy herbal undertones and a bubblegum-like, tingly finish.
Genius in every department then, so don't miss out on either of these! And, it may be no secret to some of you that we might have something a little special from Pastore later in March...
