What a lineup we have for you this time around! Following a pretty breathless week of deliveries, and an accompanying chaotic amount of cardboard, we've saved the fort building for now and have instead stocked up those shelves and fridges to the absolute rafters. Up top, that means a Croc-tacular celebration of all things DEYA. Meanwhile, if you're in need of ticking some more names off the nice list we highlight some gift-giving favourites, alongside a fresh batch of T-Shirts and a slick new Grey Sweatshirt to keep you toasty during this chilly spell.

Following on its back to the boozy brilliance with a quartet apiece from cult greats Baron and Pastore including a dream team collab, and finishing things off we have Siren's latest annual insanity, this time a series of dark beers focussing on the mighty bean. Yes, you read that right - coffee, cacao, and vanilla are put under the spotlight in some indulgent imperials with luminaries Omnipollo, Cycle, and Garage (NZ). Ideal treats for the big day, that is if you have the patience! Now, on with the show...

Another returning favourite (like last week's belting BBNo) we're bringing back all the A-Listers as a bit of festive fun! But, what's there to say that hasn't already been said about DEYA before? Once rising stars, in the twinkle of our eyes they've become one of the most sought-after breweries in the UK, and with a move to a new brewery secured in 2020 they've since been able to hone (and crucially match demand with supply) an exceptional range of hoppy heaven.

To celebrate another fantastic year from these legends, we're delighted to have a bumper crop of sumptuous new specials and a few returning greats for you this week. So, you probably needn't fret about your local approaching the tail end of their supplies as quickly as usual - though you never quite know with this lot, especially with it likely being our last drop of 2022...

Leading the charge is, of course, Steady Rolling Man aka Steady aka SRM, depending on how cool you are, or how much time you have. Their vision of the perfect Pale Ale has a pillowy soft body and is saturated in juicy, intense tropical fruit goodness. But, who really needs reminding... pick up a can before we drink it all. Offering slurpable reinforcement, their latest Pale Ale with National Star (a local college) will see the proceeds donated to a £1.5 million public appeal to build a new specialist residence at Ullenwood. As to the beer, it's a 3.8% wolf in sheep's clothing with Citra hops offering bright, sweet citrus notes and Mosaic delivering ripe, squishy blueberry.

We absolutely love a single hop Pale around these parts, allowing us to really get to grips with one ingredient's unique qualities. As a result the West Coast-leaning Message Me The Verdict is an absolute dream, with a trio of different hops (Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic) featured. In collaboration with leading producers Yakima Chief Hops they've used YCH 301 across the board. These are fresh hops that have been flash frozen minutes after being picked from the vine, that have gone through their patented process, removing leaf matter to give an unkilned, lupulin-rich fresh hop pellet. Nerdy, maybe, but delivering an intensity of flavour, not likely previously possible, we encourage you to contrast and compare these.

Completing the set we have Why Not? which is exactly the question we asked ourselves when grabbing some of this seriously intense Imperial Stout. Made with the addition of cocoa nibs and vanilla, expect layers of chocolate and dark crystal malt, building a rich, sweet profile that is both decadent and dangerously drinkable.

Now, whether you're a DEYA aficionado or it's your first chance to dip your toes in the murky waters, there's never been a better time to pick up some of Cheltenham's finest. We've got double loyalty points in-store with 10% off six or more online until next Friday. Win. Win. Win.

We don't want to get too ahead of ourselves, but we're aware that the festive season will soon be in full flow, so what better time than to get a slick set of core Clapton Craft T-Shirts in black and white. Not stopping there, we've also got a little seasonal special with a medium weight CC Sweatshirt in heather grey, ideal for when you're indoors or for layering up. So, yes we do have all sizes available, but if you ask us that in a few weeks time, then it might be a different answer!

Now onto those beautiful Clapton Craft Box Of Beers, designed by the one and only Tida Bradshaw. Quite simply we know how hard it is to get gift-ready, so we're always happy to do some of the work for you! The best advice we've found is to just buy for yourself, and twelve craft beers ranging from bucket list bangers to fridge-filling essentials sounds pretty good to us.

Featuring the likes of Siren, Brick, The Kernel, Villages, Braybrooke, and more expect some of our favourite breweries bringing a blend of Pale Ales, IPAs, Stouts, Saisons, Lagers, and more, all with a focus on accessibility, sessionability and pure tastiness. You can pick one up in-store, or online, and be sure to ask what's in the box at the moment to find out all the treats on offer for you, or your recipient...

Destined for a signature stocking filler, or to complete that gift set our London Six Packs have a similar focus, with a preference for some of our nearest and dearest in the capital. Packaged in ready-to-go carry sets, these are an absolute no-brainer for those after something sublime and simple.

Of course, you also can't forget about our Tote BagsGift Vouchers, Online Subscriptions or those flash new Harmony Tumbler Glasses. Basically, we've more than got you covered and are always happy to answer any questions in-store and online, or put something a little more customised together - all you have to do is ask!

Though we're keen to sing the praises of our glorious gifts, we're also well aware that our rad regulars deserve all the latest and greatest from the scene. Step in Baron and Pastore with the first providing four slices of pure juicy joy.

As such we have the seriously slurpable New England Pales Glitchhiker and Frayed Knot. For the former expect plenty of zesty tangerine, while the latter is all thick, overripe tropical fruit. Meanwhile, Emotional Ties is a sticky, dank and juicy effort to hit you right in the feels. Finally, for something a little different we have Red IPA Nutcase, which offers more malt complexity with notes of cherry jam and marmalade. Sign us up for all of 'em!

Built for all-day drinking, Sour sorcerers Pastore have truly done it again with Arancia Rossa. A low alcohol mixed culture sparkling blood orange Sour, think fresh, zingy, and sunshine-thinking slurping. For those of a more Pastry persuasion, the strawberry and oreo(!) infused La Cheesecake and their Raspberry Tiramisu made with coffee from local roastery The Brew Project do exactly what they say on the tin, and then some.

Wrapping everything up in a neat bow, we have DDH Barone, a collaboration with both dream teams to sign off their drops for the year in style. Featuring Strata and Chinook, this hoppy Sour has the juicy foundation of a New England IPA, but with maximum tangy, tart, and dank citrus to finish things off. Long may these two legends' form continue!

Having run their groundbreaking Caribbean Chocolate Cake series since 2014, it's truly taken on a life of its own, becoming one of the very few annual Craft Beer releases garnering recognition the UK-round. So when we heard they were going to do something a little different this year we absolutely jumped at the chance to get involved. This year the famous triple CCC stands for Curiosity, Charm and Candour, with three magical, mythical and massive dark beers conjured up in collaboration with some of the most incredible dark beer brewers they could dream to work with - Garage Project (NZ), Omnipollo (SWE) and Cycle Brewing (USA).

Unlike anything they've produced prior, each features a different bean as a starting point but then ventures into new territories of aroma, flavour and mouthfeel. Check out a little more on the entries below, but rest assured these are something very special indeed:

Charm w/ Omnipollo - A captivating Imperial Porter that sees a 16.5 hour boil(!) produce a ridiculously viscous body, w/ marzipan aromas & the finishing bitterness of espresso.
Candour w/ Cycle -  A thick, rich Stout with caramelised dark sugars & layers of Belgian chocolate flavours, interwoven w/ biscuity vanilla wafer notes.
Curiosity w/ Garage Project - A bold Impy Stout with pronounced Tongan vanilla character, accentuated by Belgian Candi syrup & hand-toasted coconut, balanced w/ roasty barley.

Cheers for joining us on another boozy blowout! - Have a great weekend, Team CC
