This week we're all about sheer experimentation! Leading the way, we're hosting our first ever Virtual Tasting with Mondo and special guest Melissa Cole. We're also springing into action with sour makers supreme, Brick, alongside bonkers brews from Wild Beer and a host of daring delights from Burnt Mill. In contrast Cloudwater, DEYA and Howling Hops provide some comfort juice in yet another massive web drop. While in-store highlights run the gamut from super Siren, luscious Left Handed Giant, pitch perfect Partizan and so much more. We recommend you make haste and get reading (and drinking) as there's far too much to cover, and far too little of it to go around...

With the threat of clear weekends and brighter mornings on the horizon we couldn't help jump the gun just a little and inject some liquid sunshine into your lives with absolute favourites, Brick Brewery. Born back in 2013 they've truly masted everything across the style spectrum, and as such we've been cracking open everything that passes through the doors ever since. To celebrate we've got a huge top-up on their inimitable core range including their crispy Pils perfection, and New England Session IPA stunner, alongside a trio of tantalising sours, plus the exclusive early release of their slick new Sabro Pale Ale!
Up top, their Hibiscus Tea & Lychee Sour with Brockley's own Good And Proper is a sure-fire stunner. Expect a balanced acidity, delicate tannins and perfumed Lychee notes for yet another inventive brew from the team. Meanwhile, their Berry Sour is a mouthwatering effort in their house style, fruited with all their favourite hedgerow berries, think blackcurrant jam and blackberry coulis goodness. To complete the sour set their refreshing Florida Weisse style Raspberry & Thyme opts for clean and earthy, far-too easy drinking flavours. Landing a week earlier than anywhere else, their wheat-driven New-England Sabro Pale Ale, features the prickly pineapple-coconut hop supported by floral Simcoe, Ekuanot and Talus. With inviting aromatics of mandarin and mango this marries Brick's insane ability to create superbly drinkable efforts in tandem with ridiculously vibrant, fruit-driven flavours.
And, this week we're delighted to offer double loyalty points on all of Brick's latest and greatest! Be sure to join in store, or shoot us an email and we can do the rest.

We're delighted to be working with Burnt Mill direct these days, meaning we can dish out fresh and limited releases at good prices, delivered speedily into your hands! And, it seems like the feelings very much mutual as our first few shipments absolutely flew off the shelves. This time around we have re-ups on favourites like Gluten Free great Beyond The Firs and one of the best balanced pales around, Pintle. Lean and clean cult classic Green Path also returns alongside it's hoppy, mango-filled East Coast sister Mosaic Fog. Emerald Table and Into Gold bring more juicy dazzle, with the former delivering Southern Hemisphere hoppy goodness with flavours of crushed white grape, and the latter bringing over-ripe melon and candied tropical salad notes. To complete the set their Gardens Of Green series gets the all-star DIPA treatment. Here, a vibrant dank hop melody is set against a creamy, thick body for a truly stand out affair!

Somerset superstars Wild Beer don't really mess about do they? Arriving in a back-breaking two pallets we have a litany of fresh, funky and easy drinking delights this week. From pastry perfection in Trillionaire, a spiced lebkuchen-inspired imperial stout with cinnamon and ginger, to passion-fruit filled juice fest Freestone and West Coast smasher Madness there's simply too much to cover. Yet, a sharing bottle spectacular definitely requires a special mention. Returning greats include Ninkasi and Squashed Grape, while It's A RIPA puts the foudre fun into the New England Style, and Coolship Grape arrives as a spontaneously fermented wine-beer hybrid. Not forgetting, of course, we've got the fruit squared behemoth Pogo ^2 upcoming on all growler refills stations. There's truly no brewery comparable in the UK right now, so we wholeheartedly recommend diving into their equally outrageous and impeccably crafted attempts.
