Join us on Saturday 8th of July to celebrate the launch of our collaboration New Zealand Cold IPA with Braybrooke and food by Soho institution, 10 Greek St serving from 2-8pm at Clapton Craft Wood St.
Each ticket entitles you to the following:
Harissa short rib bun, smoked chilli & coriander mayo

With their bustling neighbourhood joint as essential as ever, 10 Greek St have now nailed the festival scene, which has inspired this beer-pairing-bun dream. Your ticket guarantees a serving, though there will be a handful remaining on the door, including some banging sides.
As to the beer, it comes from one of our absolute favourite producers, and friends, Braybrooke Beer Co., a brewery in the British countryside making high quality lagers to exacting principles, including our own house Helles.
Our first ever seasonal special together, this is an NZ Cold IPA made with 100% Pilsner malt and hopped with Citra Cryo, Riwaka and Nectaron for clean, tropical antipodean flavour.
With a customary cold, slow fermentation using authentic Lager yeast, and an extended five weeks of conditioning, a crisp, refined body allows the hops to shine. Expect juicy passion fruit, ripe pineapple, and dank, smoked citrus fruit all with a dry, bracing finish to keep things nice and drinkable. The beer of the Summer, just maybe.
